3. Shipping & Delivery Parameters

Territory Constraints: Logistics operations are restricted entirely to destinations within the United Kingdom.

4. Right to Cancel & Returns

Standard Items: Consumers hold full legal rights to cancel and return non-perishable, unpersonalized retail items within 14 days of receiving the package.
Exemptions: Due to their specialized or seasonal nature, the following merchandise lines are strictly exempt from return or cancellation options:
- Personalized Goods: Tailor-made orders containing custom names, dedicated event dates, or unique messaging scripts.
- Perishable Goods: Custom bakes, fresh treats, or inflated balloons due to their naturally limited lifespans.
- Hygiene & Sealed items: Products sealed for health protection or hygiene codes once their factory seals are broken. Standard artificial flower bouquets and foam rose bears must remain 100% unused in original packaging components.
Transit Damage Reporting: If an item arrives broken, you must alert our support desk via help@vsnevents.co.uk within 24 hours with clear photo evidence to activate an immediate replacement or full refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

For all eligible, authorized returns, VSN Events charges £0.00 Restocking Fees. Return shipping labels and mailing postage fees for remorse-driven "change of mind" returns remain the sole financial responsibility of the consumer.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of **England and Wales**. Any legal claims or operational disputes arising from transactions on this domain shall be filed exclusively within the jurisdiction of the English courts.
