1. Shipping Rates

We offer tracked shipping across the United Kingdom.

  • Orders over £50.00: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under £50.00: Flat rate of £4.95.

1. Order Cut-Off & Handling Time

Your delivery timeline begins the moment we process your order.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:30 PM (GMT).
  • Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day (Tuesday – Sunday).
  • Operating Schedule: We process orders six days a week. Our studio is closed on Mondays. Orders placed on Monday will be processed first thing Tuesday morning.

2. Estimated Transit Time

Once dispatched, we use tracked courier services to deliver across the United Kingdom.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days (via tracked courier).

3. Total Delivery Time

To estimate when your package will arrive, please use the following calculation:

Handling Time (0–1 Day) + Transit Time (2–4 Days) = 2–5 Business Days Total. Note: This estimate excludes Mondays and Bank Holidays.

3. Product Delivery Restrictions (Critical)

To maintain our high quality standards, we categorize our items as follows:

  • Nationwide Shipping: Artificial florals, giftware, and non-perishable event decor.
  • Local Pickup Only: Fresh flower arrangements and helium balloon displays.
  • Baked Goods: Our cakes and treats are exclusively for in-store purchase and collection. We do not offer courier delivery for baked goods to ensure they remain in perfect, fresh condition.

4. Free Local Pickup (Bradford Studio)

You can skip shipping fees by collecting your order directly from our boutique.

  • Collection Window: Usually ready within 2–4 hours during business hours.
  • Collection Hours:
    • Tue – Thu: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Fri – Sat: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Sun: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Mon: Closed (No collections).

5. Tracking & Address Accuracy

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. VSN EVENTS LTD is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
