Where is VSN EVENTS located? We are a family-run boutique and creative studio located at 106 Listerhills Rd, Bradford, BD7 1JR, United Kingdom. You are welcome to visit us to browse our florals, gifts, and decor in person.
What are your opening hours? * Monday: Closed

2. Shipping & Local Pickup
How much does shipping cost? * Standard Shipping: £4.95 for orders under £50.
- Free Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £50.00.
Do you offer local pickup? Yes! We offer Free Local Pickup from our Bradford studio. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–4 hours during our business hours.
What is your order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off time for same-day processing is 3:30 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time or on Mondays will be processed the following business morning.
3. Product Specifics
Are your flowers fresh or artificial? We offer both! We stock high-quality fresh seasonal blooms (available for Local Pickup only) as well as premium artificial florals that can be shipped nationwide.
Can I order baked goods for delivery? To ensure maximum freshness, our handcrafted cakes and cupcakes are available for In-Store Purchase and Local Pickup only. We do not currently ship baked goods via nationwide courier.
Can I personalize my gifts or balloons? Absolutely! Personalization is our specialty. Because these are handcrafted just for you, they require 0–1 business days for handling before dispatch or collection.
4. Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order? * Non-Perishable Items: You have 14 days to return non-personalized/non-perishable giftware (e.g., vases, artificial flowers).
- Exempt Items: Due to UK law and hygiene standards, fresh florals, baked goods, and custom-personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
What if my order arrives damaged? We take great care in our packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo to support@vsnevents.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay, google pay) via Stripe.
Is my payment secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through industry-leading secure gateways and protected with SSL encryption to ensure your data remains private.
