- Perishables: Fresh flowers and baked goods are subject to seasonal availability.
- Service Availability: Please note that Baked Goods and Fresh Florals are available for Local Pickup Only at our Bradford studio and are not eligible for nationwide courier delivery.
- Personalization: You are responsible for the accuracy of any text or details provided for bespoke items.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are displayed and processed in British Pounds (GBP £).
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards (via Stripe). All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Our delivery terms are designed to be transparent and reliable:
- Rates: Standard shipping is £4.95; Free Shipping applies to orders over £50.00.
- Order Cut-Off: 3:30 PM (GMT).
- Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day (Tuesday–Sunday).
- Total Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days for nationwide shipping.
- Local Pickup: Available at our Bradford boutique during specified hours. Items must be collected within 48 hours of your selected pickup time.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is governed by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and limited shelf-life, fresh florals, baked goods, and custom-personalized items are exempt from the right to return.
- Cancellations: Once a personalized or perishable item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled.
